This building is a part of the industrial campus designed for manufacturing gears.
The design was conceived as a response to the requirement of an independent training facility for the employees working in the campus. With the restricted boundary of land defined for the development, the design process worked around creating a compact built form of training halls seamlessly integrated with extensive landscape.
The green landscaped court as an integral component of the built environment creates visual relief and complements itself as a breakout area.
Creating interesting textural highlight of terracotta red hue alongwith painted plastered surfaces alongwith vertical louvers to cut down the radiation penetration, the building vocabulary expresses a unique character.
